Report: New England Revolution Nearing Dor Turgeman Deal

New England could have a new striker

The New England Revolution are nearing a deal to acquire striker Dor Turgeman, according to reports from our own Seth Macomber and Israeli journalist Hadar Yacobi. The deal is reportedly worth $5 million and would see the striker become a U-22 initiative player.

Turgeman has scored 32 goals in nearly 120 matches for Maccabi Tel Aviv. The striker has also represented Israel on the U-17, U-19, U-20, U-21, and U-23 levels, as well as making 10 appearances for the senior national team. Combined the striker has eight goals when representing the Middle Eastern nation.

Once the deal is completed, Turgeman would be the fifth player from Israel to play in MLS in 2025 and the 12th Israeli citizen to ever play in the league.
