Esmir Bajraktarević Called Up To Olympic Training Camp
Bajraktarević will travel to Spain for a pair of international friendlies against Iraq and Morocco!
Revolution Homegrown Esmir Bajraktarević is returning to the international stage as he was one of 20 players selected by Marko Mitrović to travel to San Pedro Pintar, Spain. November’s camp will serve as preparation for the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris.
While in Spain, the U.S. will play a pair of friendly matches. The U.S. opens the month facing Iraq on November 18th at 11 AM ET before wrapping up camp facing Morocco on November 21st at 9 AM ET.
Bajraktarević ended the 2023 season with nine goals and one assist over 25 appearances with the first team and Revolution II.
Most recently, Bajraktarević featured in a pair of friendlies against Mexico and Japan in October, where he appeared off the bench in both matches while netting a goal in the opener against Mexico.
