Alhassan Yusuf Called Up to Nigerian National Team
Yusuf will join the Super Eagles for a pair of World Cup Qualifiers later this month.
Revolution midfielder Alhassan Yusuf will return to the international stage, as he was one of 23 players selected by Éric Chelle to represent Nigeria during a pair of World Cup Qualifiers later this month.
Since debuting on January 8, 2024, Yusuf has clocked 257 minutes over seven appearances for the Super Eagles.
Nigeria will open the window on March 21st with a trip to Stade Amahoro to take on Rwanda at noon Eastern before returning to Godswill Akpabio International Stadium on March 25th to host Zimbabwe at noon Easter.
Thankfully, the international break will prevent Yusuf from missing any matches at the club level.
