The Summer Transfer Window has slammed shut and while players can still leave the league (looking at you Djordje Petrovic), teams can not make any more incoming transfers.

The New England Revolution only made two moves during the secondary window as they traded Latif Blessing and a 2023 international roster spot to Toronto FC in exchange for Mark-Anthony Kaye and acquired Tomas Chancalay on loan from Racing Club for the remainder of the 2023 season, with options to purchase or extend the loan through June 2024. New England also acquired Ian Harkes on a free transfer.
