Richie Williams Looking For Individual and Group Improvements Following Third-Straight Loss
Here what Richie Williams had to say following Revolution II's 2-1 loss to Philadelphia Union II
Things didn’t go to plan for Richie Williams and Revolution II as they saw their losing streak extend to three games following a 2-1 loss at home.
It’s been a tough stretch for Williams as Revs II find themselves in 12th place in the Eastern Conference with 16 points on a 4-10-2 record with two shootout victories.
“The reality right now is that we’re having a hard time getting results,” Williams said. “Other teams we’re playing are getting results and playing better than us. When we’re out there, the other team has done a better job.”
“Individually, we need to get better” he added. “As a team, we need to get better.”
Richie Williams and Revolution II will look to correct their wrongs when they return to action on Wednesday, July 10th, when they host Huntsville inside Gillette Stadium at 11:00 AM ET.
