Rhode Island FC Announces Jersey Sleeve Sponsor
Another "Anchor Partner" has joined RIFC
Rhode Island FC announced they have signed a sponsorship with West Warwick’s Centreville Bank as an “Anchor Partner”. The deal is expected to last multiple years and crucially will see Centreville Bank’s logo feature prominently on the sleeve of Rhode Island FC’s home and away jerseys.
“Rhode Island FC prioritizes partnering with companies that believe in community, making Centreville Bank a perfect fit for our growing family. As we continue to elevate our club’s awareness in the marketplace, our partnership with Centreville gives us incredible support from a proven, local brand,” said Rhode Island FC’s Chief Revenue Officer, Vicky Lynch.
Founded in 1828 in what was then western Warwick by John Greene and Sylvester Knight, the bank has expanded throughout Rhode Island and even into eastern Connecticut. Rhode Island FC will surely look to follow its example in its own battles against surefire league rival Hartford FC.
“Centreville Bank is proud to support Rhode Island FC as an Anchor Partner,” said Centerville Bank President and CEO Harold M. Horvat. “Rhode Island FC is anchored in community, just as Centreville Bank is. We have a long history of supporting the banking needs of Rhode Islanders and are excited for the opportunity to increase our brand presence in the city of Pawtucket and with soccer fans throughout the state.”
With Rhode Island FC slated to kick off this coming March at Beirne Stadium in Smithfield, Rhode Island, fans will be eagerly awaiting further news about the team’s jerseys.
