Revolution II Sign Luka Borovic
The 18-year-old midfielder joins Revs II following stints at the Serbian youth level.
New England Revolution II bulked up their midfield Wednesday morning as the club announced the signing of 18-year-old Luka Borovic.
Borovic last played for Serbian side Graficar Belgrad’s U-19 squad, where he tallied one assist over 15 appearances in 2023. Before joining the Belgrad U-19s, Borovic had stints with Red Star Belgrade U-18s and FK Partizan Belgrade U-17s.
The Serbian midfielder also has experience on the international stage, as he made two appearances for the nation’s U-15 team in 2019
Borovic and Revolution II will continue preseason training in Foxboro as they prepare for the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro season, which begins on March 24th on the road against Philadelphia Union II at 3:00 PM ET.
