The New England Revolution faced off against the Columbus Crew in the home opener on Saturday and left Gillette Stadium with zero points, losing 1-0.

Aljaz Ivacic started in net behind the back line of Ilay Feingold, Mamadou Fofana, Brayan Ceballos, and Brandon Bye. Alhassan Yusuf and Jackson Yueill were the defensive midfielders with Carles Gil in his familiar No. 10 role.

Luca Langoni and Ignatius Ganago were on the wings with Leo Campana starting at striker.
