MLSPA Unveils Spring Salary Guide
See how much the Revolution are spending on its roster!
Wednesday saw the Major League Soccer Players Association release its Spring Salary Guide, which gives fans insight on how their club spends on salaries.
Here’s a look at how the Revs have spent on salary for the 2025 season.
It’s no surprise, but Designated Player Carles Gil is the Revolution’s highest earner with a base salary of $4,250,000 and a guaranteed compensation of $4,702,083. It is a decent increase for Gil, who had a base salary of $4 million and a guaranteed compensation of $4,452,083 last year.
Gil is one of five players on the roster to make seven figures this season. Designated Player Tomás Chancalay is set to make a base salary of $1 million and $1,060,000 in guaranteed compensation. Another slight increase as Chanacaly earned a base salary of $950K and a guaranteed compensation of $1,010,000 last season
Jackson Yueill’s base salary and guaranteed compensation sit at $1,086,750. That figure is a bit higher from the $900K base salary and $936,875,000 in guaranteed compensation he made in San Jose last season.
Leonardo Campana’s base salary sits at $1.25 million with a guaranteed compensation of $1,372,333. A big pay increase than the base salary of $600K and $722,333 in guaranteed compensation he made with Inter Miami.
Loanee Ignatius Ganago’s base salary and guaranteed compensation are set at $1.3 million. It’s unclear how much of that figure the Revs are paying as part of the loan agreement with FC Nantes.
Tanner Beason’s $325K base salary and guaranteed compensation are a slight increase from the $300K he made in San Jose last season. Luca Langoni’s base salary of $660K and guaranteed compensation of $732,283 is also a slight raise from the $610K base salary and $680K guaranteed compensation last season.
Major League Soccer newcomers also saw a decent payday this season. Ilay Feingold’s base and guaranteed compensation are set at $575K. Mamadou Fofana is set to make a base salary of $500K with a guaranteed compensation of $616K. Brayan Ceballos’ base salary is set at $725K with a guaranteed compensation of $805,625.
Youngster Allan Oyirwoth's first season in New England sees him earn a base salary of $104k with a guaranteed compensation of $120k.
In total, the New England Revolution are spending $17,194,922 on the roster. A figure that ranks middle of the road at 16th in MLS

Jackson Yueill 3rd highest paid player is absolutely wild
I’m curious to know what players like uruti and diaz were making compared to some of the players we’ve passed on and miss. Or how much we are loosing on the veroni trade, assuming he was paid more than Leo
