Marzuq Puckerin Signs 25-Day Contract With North Carolina FC
The 20-year-old finds a temporary home after mutual termination with Revolution II in the off-season.
Former Revolution II goalkeeper Marzuq Puckerin has found a temporary home as the 20-year-old has signed a 25-day contract with USL League One side North Carolina FC on Friday.
The Cambridge, Massachusetts native joins NCFC following a two-year stint with USL League One and MLS NEXT Pro side New England Revolution II. Despite making the matchday squad 29 times, Puckerin never saw the field with Revolution II as Puckerin and the club agreed to a mutual contract termination before the start of the 2023 MLS NEXT Pro season.
Before joining Revolution II, Puckerin spent time with Atlanta United’s youth teams, where he made 13 starts. Puckerin explored international options at the end of 2018 as he trialed with West Ham and Queens Park Rangers and again with Aberdeen in 2020.
