Hartford Release 2024 Preseason Schedule
The Green and Blue's preseason slate includes a pair of games against Major League Soccer competition and a five-day stay at the Premier Sports Complex in Bradenton, Florida.
Hartford Athletic have officially unveiled their 2024 preseason slate.
The Green and Blue will play five total games ahead of their season opener on March 8, beginning with a meeting with Major League Soccer side New York Red Bulls at Red Bull Arena on Feb. 3.
The following weekend, the team will spend their Super Bowl Sunday on a flight to Bradenton, Florida, where they will train at the Premier Sports Complex for five days. While in the Sunshine State, they will face a second MLS side in a meeting with the Colorado Rapids on Feb. 14.
Following their time in Florida, the team will make a stop in North Carolina on their way back up north, facing off against the University of North Carolina Tar Heels at Chapel Hill three days later.
Their 2024 preseason will culminate with a pair of friendlies against MLS Next Pro completion in Connecticut, as New York Red Bulls II come to town on Feb 23, followed by the preseason finale against Philadelphia Union II on March 1, just one week removed from their USL Championship opener.
Hartford will open the 2024 USL Championship season on the road against El Paso Locomotive of March 9, before returning to Trinity Health Stadium for a meeting with the Birmingham Legion on March 23.
