Alex Monis Called-Up to Philippines National Team
Monis becomes the fifth player to receive a call-up for the November international window.
Revolution II forward Alex Monis is returning to the international stage as he was one of 23 players selected to represent the Philippines during their upcoming friendly against Hong Kong.
Monis marks the fifth call-up the Revolution has seen. Over the past few days, we saw four players across Revs and Revs II receive call-ups to their respective national teams for the November window.
Friday’s call-up comes after an impressive debut season in New England. Monis ended the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro season with eight goals and four assists over 1,683 minutes played across 24 appearances.
Monis is no stranger to the Philippines National Team. Since arriving in New England, he’s received numerous call-ups, which has led him to tally one assist over 336 minutes.
The Philippines will travel to Hong Kong stadium to face Hong Kong on November 14th at 7:00 AM ET.
