PAWTUCKET – Boston Legacy FC fell 2-1 to the Houston Dash in its last game at Centreville Bank Stadium in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
The loss keeps the team (7-13-5) at 26 points and knocks them down to 14th place.
Head coach Filipa Patão made one change to her previous lineup, replacing Sammy Smith with Nichelle Prince at the top. Sarah Schupansky started alongside Prince. Aïssata Traoré took the right flank while Nicki Hernandez took the left. Barbara Olivieri, Annie Karich, and Alba Caño made up the rest of the midfield. Deja Davis, Jorelyn Carabali, and Bianca St-Georges were in the back with Casey Murphy in goal.
