Vermont Green FC has added another new face to the roster as Vancouver Whitecaps Academy graduate and Wake Forest defender Amoni Thomas will spend the summer in Burlington.
As a freshman, the right back appeared in 20 matches tallying three assists. Thomas also started every post-season match as the Deamon Deacons marched to an ACC Championship.
Thomas joins what appears to be a mini-youth movement with the right back becoming the second 19-year-old to join the 2025 roster. Vermont recently announced the return of 19-year-old forward Mohammed Ibrahim.
