The New England Revolution are looking to add American-born attacker Griffin Yow, according to sources who spoke to The Blazing Musket.
Yow, 23, has been with Westerlo of the Belgian Pro League since 2022. Here, he has scored 18 goals in 86 appearances, according to FotMob. This year, he has collected three tallies in 16 games (eight starts).
The forward inked a Homegrown deal with D.C. United in 2019. On March 16, he scored the first-ever goal for Loudon United, just one week after making his debut. He made his first appearance for D.C. United when he replaced Paul Arriola on April 21.
Yow amassed 36 appearances across all competitions for the Black and Red–recording three goals and one assist–before transferring to Belgium in 2022.
The 23-year-old previously played for Revolution head coach Marko Mitrovic at the 2024 Olympics. He appeared in all four of the team’s games, collecting one assist. He also had a goal against France in the build-up to the competition, something he almost replicated at the Olympics, but his late strike was ruled offside.
