According to The Guardian and subsequently The Athletic reported who will make up the 2026 World Cup roster for the United States.

The report confirms that Diego Luna will be missing out on the tournament. Additionally, the likes of Tanner Tessmann, Aidan Morris, and youngster Zavier Gozo.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, Gio Reyna, Alex Zendejas, Tim Weah, Brenden Aaronson, and Sebastian Berhalter made the final roster. Additionally, New England Revolution goalkeeper Matt Turner will be competing for the starting goalkeeper position with Matt Freese,

The team is rather thin in the midfield with only four true midfielders while others on the roster play in more advanced roles. Tyler Adams, Weston McKennie, Cristian Roldan, and Berhalter will shoulder the load.

On the backline, Poch has called in 10 defenders. This includes five center backs and the likes of Tim Ream.
