Vermont Green FC Striker Nacho Lerech Signs With Li Punti Calcio
The striker is headed back to Italy
After a summer in Vermont, Nacho Lerech will be heading back to Italy to play for Li Punti Calcio in the Italian Fifth Division. Lerech previously played overseas for Ciudad de Lucena in the Spanish Fifth Tier as well as in Italy for CS Vultur Rionero in the Italian Fifth Division.
With one game left in the season, Lerech has seven goals to his name and has been a great addition to Vermont’s attack.
Heading into the regular season finale, The Green are three points out of first place. Along with needing a win against Boston City on Sunday, they will need some help elsewhere if they want to make it back into the playoffs.
