The USL League Two side signed two Portuguese players on Friday
Vermont Green FC announced two signings on Friday that both hail from Portugal.
Bernardo Prego will be joining the USL League Two club for the 2023 season per league and federation approval. The defender comes highly touted as a product of the Sporting CP academy in his native Portugal.
Prego is a Division II national champion and has eight assists in 44 games played with Franklin Pierce.
The Green also announced that Rodrigo Ferriera would be returning for the 2023 season. Ferriera played in 13 games for the Green last season and had a goal and an assist.
