Sporting CP Academy Product Returns For Second Season

The outside back will look to continue to make an impact for The Green in 2024.

After his debut season at Providence College, outside back Bernardo Prego will be returning to Vermont Green FC for a second season.

Prego played in eight games for the Friars and tallied an assist in over 650 minutes played.

The Green also found out that their divisional opponents for the 2024 season will remain the same as the Northeast Division remains unchanged from last season. The Western Mass Pioneers and Seacoast United will continue to join The Green as contenders for the division title and are sure to provide some contentious matches.

The division is rounded out by the Boston Bolts, Boston City FC, AC Connecticut, Blackrock FC, Pathfinder FC, and the Albany Rush.
