Revolution II Sign Victor Souza

Souza joins Revolution II after being selected by the Revs with the 39th overall pick in this year's SuperDraft.

New England Revolution II bolstered the backline on Wednesday as the club announced the signing of MLS SuperDraft pick Victor Souza.

The 21-year-old defender joins Revs II after being selected with the 39th overall pick in the 2023 SuperDraft. During his four seasons at Boston College, Souza notched one assist and clocked 4,392 minutes over 48 appearances. 

Souza earned ACC All-Freshman honors in 2019 after playing every minute for the Eagles that season, and also received back-to-back All-ACC Third Team honors in his junior and senior years.

With Souza’s addition, the New England Revolution II roster has fifteen players under contract for 2023.
