The New England Revolution faced off against the New York Red Bulls at home and were able to secure three points as Saturday’s match ended 2-1 in New England’s favor.

Aljaz Ivacic started in net behind the back line of Ilay Feingold, Mamadou Fofana, Wyatt Omsberg, and Peyton Miller. Alhassan Yusuf and Matt Polster were the defensive midfielders with Carles Gil in his familiar No. 10 role.

Luca Langoni and Ignatius Ganago were on the wings with Maxi Urruti starting at striker.

But what do you need to know about the match? Here are three thoughts.
