Nacho Gil Currently In Spain, Seen Using Crutches
The Spaniard was seen using crutches on Instagram
Sources have told The Blazing Musket that Nacho Gil is currently in Spain. The midfielder has yet to appear in a game for the New England Revolution so far this season. Gil also posted a video to his Instagram story where he can be seen using crutches.
The 27-year-old was acquired by the Revs in August of 2022. He went on to make four appearances including two starts for New England last season.
On March 16, Revolution head coach and sporting director Bruce Arena said that Gil was a month or two away in terms of a timeline for return. Seeing that he is now in Spain, fans in New England shouldn’t expect to see him on the pitch any time soon.
