While Henric Ravas has struggled to get playing time since the arrival of Aljaz Ivacic, the Slovakian goalkeeper will look to earn a spot on the nation’s 2024 UEFA European Championship roster. It was announced that Ravas would be one of four goalkeepers to join Slovakia for a pair of friendlies before the roster is trimmed to 26 players.

Ravas has made eight league starts in his first season with the Revolution, with four additional starts in the Concacaf Champions Cup campaign. The 26-year-old has recorded four clean sheets in all competitions.

While earning call-ups to Slovakia quite frequently — including a recent call-up in March — Ravas is still in search of his first senior cap. Slovakia will play San Marino on Wednesday, June 5, and Wales on Sunday, June 9.

Considering his lack of playing time at the club level, Ravas will be looking to make a good impression; and hopefully make the Euros roster.
