Report: New England Revolution Interested in Manchester United Youngster
The youth movement is well underway
According to the BBC’s Simon Stone, the New England Revolution are interested in acquiring 21-year-old Manchester United winger Sam Mather.
Mather was part of Manchester United’s 2022 FA Youth Cup-winning team and Stone noted that while Mather has been a regular in training sessions with the first team squad in 2025, he has only featured in six U21 games.
Mather has been a fixture in the English Youth National team setup as well. He featured with the U16, U18, and U19 squads.
The Revs are not the only team interested in the winger. Mather has drawn interest from Greece, Turkey, and Germany, according to Manchester outlets.
