Transfer Rumor: Noel Buck Interest Remains High, No Official Bids Submitted
With the January transfer window nearing an end, it's likely Buck will start the season in New England.
As the January transfer window nears a close, new reports have come out regarding the future of Revs youngster Noel Buck and his future with the club.
According to The Athletic’s Tom Bogert, numerous clubs in England and Germany and Club Brugge have the England U-19 international on their radar. Despite the interest, no official bids have come in for Buck.
Unless any big offers come in, Bogert expects Buck to remain with the Revolution for at least six to twelve months, depending on how the summer goes.
According to football.london’s Alasdair Gold, sources close to the outlet believe Tottenham Hotspurs were one English club showing interest in Buck. Gold also adds that Buck is believed to be valued at £6 million (~$7.6 million).
Whether European clubs turn their reported interest into action remains unseen, but with the January window nearing an end, the situation is one to keep an eye on.
It would be great for his future, but a loss for the Revs to loss a good young talent.
