New England Revolution Express Interest In Striker Dor Turgeman
21-year-old striker Dor Turgeman currently plays for Maccabi Tel Aviv FC.
The New England Revolution have expressed interest in Dor Turgeman, currently with Maccabi Tel Aviv FC.
Turgeman, 21, signed with Maccabi in 2020 and was loaned to Beitar Tel Aviv Bat Yam in the summer of 2021. He returned to Maccabi Tel Aviv at the end of the season, scoring his first goal for the club in March 2023.
He has tallied 24 league goals for Maccabi Tel Aviv, including 15 in 32 appearances during the 2024-2025 season.
He has also represented Israel at various levels, including the full senior national team. He turned heads when he scored on a solo run against Brazil at the 2023 U-20 World Cup, helping Israel secure a semi-final berth.
This is the second time that the Revs have been linked to Turgeman, as the two parties were connected last summer. The striker has been on the radar of several clubs, including Rangers of the Scottish Premier League.
Our report comes after Tom Bogert told Soccerwise that the Revs could add a U22 striker during the summer transfer window. He added, “[I] don’t know how likely. Their top target is in high demand, so we’ll see how it plays out.”
Maccabi head coach Zarko Lazetic called Turgeman a “football beast” after a recent friendly victory over Hapoel Ironi Rishon LeZion.
If the Revs do get Turgeman’s signature, he would occupy a U22 initiative slot.
