With five goals in four games – and 10 in the 17 matches since the World Cup break – Dor Turgeman is one of the hottest strikers in Major League Soccer.

The Israeli striker scored a right-footed stunner from just outside the box in the 9th minute of Wednesday's 3-2 win over Red Bull New York. Turgeman doubled the home side's lead in the 51st minute when he connected with Luca Langoni's cross.
The first will feature on highlight reels while the second has beauty in its simplicity.
"I actually loved the second goal that he scored," head coach Marko Mitrovic said. "The first goal is something that Dor has. He has exceptional finishing skills, and his shooting technique is very good.
"But that second goal, those small goals that we can talk [are] like tap-ins, this is something that Dor has to integrate in his game, and he's starting to score those goals. You are taking hundreds of goals from your career if it's too simple for you. And this is part of [his] game that I feel that Dor is really growing."
Mitrovic has noted since he arrived that Turgeman is a talented young player with plenty of potential, but it took time to figure out how best to work with him since everyone has "their uniqueness."
"I was actually trying, the first couple of months, to learn, not just who Dor is, but...how we can get to Dor," Mitrovic said. "He's a fantastic human being. Dor is very enthusiastic, has a great charisma. However, the message you want to send, [and] what is the best way that he can accept that message [is important to determine]. I think we found success in communication with Dor. The only reason why I'm saying that is because we see that the outcome is better and better from Dor."
Turgeman, who had only two goals in the first 14 games under Mitrovic, said regular video sessions with the coaching staff have been beneficial.
"I really appreciate [Mitrovic], and Marko appreciates me," Turgeman said via Ilay Feingold. "It really helps that he shows me some clips in videos."
With a powerful shot and quick footwork, Turgeman's skill has been evident from the start, notably scoring in each of his first three MLS games. He can also hold up the ball and lead the press.
The 23-year-old is now making regular appearances on the scoresheet, a reward for his hard work.
"I think the world of Dor," Will Sands explained. "I think he's always been a fantastically technical player, and some of the stuff that he does is truly just unbelievable.
"I think his ability to understand the striker position and start getting himself in better spots has really led to this goal-scoring form. He's always had it in him, but it's really good to see him convert it onto the field."
