Venue: Subaru Park, Chester, Pennsylvania

CT United FC:
After a strong outing in their inaugural match, things didn’t go to plan for Shavar Thomas and his CT United side last weekend.
Despite Ibrahim Kasule opening the scoring 21 minutes in, Chattanooga went on to score four unanswered goals, thanks to strikes from Tate Robertson, Alex McGrath, and a brace from Alex Krehl as Chattanooga was rolling with a 4-1 lead.
Debutant Dylan Lacey pulled one back for Connecticut in the 74th minute, but it wasn’t enough as the home side walked away with all three points following a 4-2 victory.
Philadelphia Union II:
Ryan Richter and his Union II side have gotten off to an incredible start in 2026 as they come into Sunday’s contest in third place in the East after picking up consecutive 1-0 victories over Toronto FC II and FC Cincinnati 2.
George Marks is one of two goalkeepers in MLS NEXT Pro to begin the 2026 season with two consecutive clean sheets, where he’s stopped all four shots directed at his goal.
In addition to Marks, CT United will also have to keep an eye on Malik Jakupovic, who co-led Philly in goals last year with eight and netted the first goal of the 2026 season. They’ll also have to watch out for Finn Sundstrom, who netted the game-winner last week against Cincinnati.
