The National Women’s Soccer League will have a mandatory week off next week before competition pauses until the end of the month. 

Several Boston Legacy players are already out on international duty for the FIFA window that ends on June 9.

Here are the players who were selected and their upcoming games:


Josefine Hasbo - Denmark

Denmark will play its last two group matches in World Cup qualifying. The 53 teams in the European qualifiers are grouped into three leagues. Denmark is in League A, which has four groups consisting of four teams. 

The Danes (2-2-0) are currently at the top of their group with eight points. Sweden is close behind with seven points, while Italy is third with five points. Serbia is in last place with one point. 

The winner of the group will earn a spot in the 2027 World Cup. The remaining three teams in each League A group will join the top League B and League C teams and participate in a 32-team play-off tournament in the fall.  

  • vs. Sweden - Friday, June 5 at 1:15 p.m.
  • vs. Serbia - Tuesday, June 9 at 1 p.m.

Amanda Gutierres - Brazil

Brazil will face the United States Women’s National Team in a friendly. The two nations last faced each other in April 2025, and Gutierres scored the game-winning goal to get a 2-1 win over the U.S. 

This is Guti’s first call-up for Brazil since October 2025. Brazil coach Arthur Elias said he had not selected the 25-year-old for previous camps to give her time to adapt to a new club.

Nicki Hernandez - Mexico

Mexico will face Australia in a pair of friendlies as preparation for the Concacaf W Championship, which will take place at the end of November and serve as qualifiers to the next World Cup and Olympics.

  • vs. Australia - Tuesday, June 9 at 5 a.m.

Nichelle Prince - Canada

Canada will face Costa Rica in a friendly. The match will serve as preparation for the Concacaf W Championship at the end of the year.

Jorelyn Carabalí - Colombia

Colombia will play its last two matches in the CONMEBOL Nations League. The top two teams will qualify for the 2027 World Cup. Las Cafeteras (4-0-2) are currently in second place, trailing Argentina with 14 points.

  • vs. Paraguay - Tuesday, June 9 at 7 p.m.

Bárbara Olivieri - Venezuela

Venezuela will play its last match in the CONMEBOL Nations League. The team (3-2-2) is currently in third place with 11 points.

  • vs. Burkina Faso - Thursday, June 4 at 11 a.m.
  • vs. Burkina Faso - Sunday, June 7 at 11 a.m.

Aïssata Traoré

Mali will play two friendlies against Burkina Faso as preparation for next month’s Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
