Vermont Green FC has added Caitlin Mara and Emily Mara to the USL W League club.
Caitlin appeared in 18 matches for North Carolina as a sophomore, one season after she played an important role in the Tar Heels 2024 national championship run. In 2025, she scored a pair of goals and was a mainstay in a backline that recorded 7 shutouts.
Emily started all 17 matches for Boston College as a freshman in 2025. The forward tallied 3 goals and an assist.
The Green have a strong contingent of Massachusetts and Boston College players. Emily joins Georgina Clarke and Olivia Shippee as members of Vermont's roster who also play for Eagles. Additionally, the siters are joined by fellow Massachusetts natives Molly Martin on Vermont's roster.
