Get your calendars out, Boston Legacy fans–we finally have a season schedule.

The NWSL announced the schedule for the 2026 season on Thursday, which includes 15 home and 15 away games for each team. BLFC will split its time between Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts and Centreville Bank Stadium in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

If you were here during the BOS Nation days, you may remember that the club named Gotham FC and Angel City FC as its biggest rivals. The Legacy’s inaugural home opener on March 14 will be against none other than reigning NWSL champions Gotham FC and the newest Boston-Los Angeles rivalry will be front and center at Gillette Stadium on Monday, August 31.

In terms of World Cup scheduling, the league will break to accommodate the men’s tournament from June 1 to June 28.

Head coach Filipa Patão has made everyone aware of her enthusiasm for the inaugural season since she was first announced, and the time is finally near.

“I’m excited to get on the pitch and compete,” said Patão. “We want our fans to love watching us play, so we will always fight hard for our fans and for the crest on our shirt. We’re not here to avoid losing; we are here to try to win. Yes, we are an expansion team, but in this league it doesn’t matter if you are the champion or it’s your first ever game - anyone can win.”

BLFC will face its fellow expansion side Denver Summit FC at Gillette on Sunday, May 3.

The Legacy will hold nearly half its home games at Centreville Bank Stadium. Seven games will be held on May 22, July 5, July 10, July 19, July 25, August 9, and September 20.

If you’re unable to attend any games, 17 matches will be nationally televised, including the home opener, on ABC. Six matches will be aired on ESPN networks, four on CBS Sports Network, and five on Victory+.

Decision day will be on November 1 and playoffs will begin on November 6.
