The day that soccer fans around the world have been waiting for has arrived as the 2026 FIFA World Cup Draw is taking place on Friday.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup Draw is taking place today in a glitzy an event at the Kennedy Center. If you are looking to watch the draw you can by tuning into Fox, Telemundo, and Universo on linear television while Fox Sports, Peacock, and FuboTV are streaming options. Additionally, locally Fox 25 is streaming the draw.

The list of teams in each pot for the World Cup Draw are as follows:

Pot 1 - United States, Mexico, Canada, Spain, Argentina, France, England, Brazil, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany

Pot 2 - Croatia, Morocco, Colombia, Uruguay, Switzerland, Japan, Senegal, Iran, South Korea, Ecuador, Austria, Australia

Pot 3 - Norway, Panama, Egypt, Algeria, Scotland, Paraguay, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Uzbekistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa

The top teams benefit from being in Pot 1. With the likes of the United States, Canada, and Mexico hosting, they will enjoy not having to worry about playing Brazil, Spain, Argentina, France, England, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium or Germany in the group stage.

But there are still some teams that will keep the Pot 1 teams on their toes. All of Pot 2 boasts strong teams outside of Iran, Austria, and Australia. Pot 3 features the likes of Norway, Scotland, and Egypt who could provide some pushback against top teams.
