Why can’t the Revs keep these young players? Money more important than winning?
There will always be players that stay (Gil, Polster, etc), but it's also important to sell players for a couple of reasons.
First, it gives the club money to make more transactions.
Second, it becomes an advertising tool for the club. Would Petro have come here if the Revs didn't sell Turner? What about Buksa?
I totally get what you're saying, but it's important for the Revs to be part of the global market. It helps attract players to the club.
