I was at yesterday’s match and enjoyed seeing some players who normally might not start. With that said, I believe the US may not even get out of the group stage at the 2026 WC. The defense was exceptionally poor and I don’t see that changing much with players who are not in camp due to injury or ‘vacationing’ this summer. The crowd provided a great atmosphere and team USA fans left thinking we’re going nowhere next year.
