Revolution II Loan Max Weinstein to Kalev Tallinn
Weinstein will look to help Kalev avoid relegation.
Thursday saw Revolution II alter its roster as the club loaned goalkeeper Max Weinstein to Estonian Premium Liiga side Kalev Tallinn through November 30th, 2025.
The former Revs Academy prospect has been with Revolution II since 2022, where he’s notched 101 saves and six clean sheets over 27 appearances.
Thursday’s move comes after the Vermont native made three consecutive starts for the club. Following June 15th’s home match against FC Cincinnati 2, Weinstein expressed his joy for every opportunity he’s gotten while expressing his desire for more opportunities.
“With my age, it's all about development, so I’m just glad I’m developing at a good pace, and obviously I need to play more games than this, so just looking for opportunities to get more games,” he said.
Weinstein should have plenty of opportunities to play in Estonia. Kalev is battling to avoid relegation as they find themselves at the bottom of the Premium Liiga table with seven points on a 2-1-15 record with a negative 45 goal differential.
With 18 games left in their season, hopefully Weinstein’s talents will help the side avoid disaster.
Weinstein will have the opportunity to make his Kalev Tallinn debut on Sunday when Kalev faces Jalgpallikool Tammeka.
