I have to disagree with the tone of this assessment. The Revs showed a ton of fight in this match. Chanca and el Mago in particular. The officiating was a travesty. One DCU goal was offside, another there were no convincing replay angles that we were privy to that would suggest the ball was entirely across the line. Without goal-line technology, there was no compelling reason to reverse the on-field decision and call that a goal.
I hate to make excuses for the team, but the way they came out they looked extremely travel-weary. For whatever reason, they looked like they were running in mud. DC is not very good.
That said, I'm wondering how different it would have been if Chancalay converted his excellent chance - he had the whole goal to shoot at, but it seemed like he got too cute trying to squeeze it in the short side.
And, if not for Vrioni, there'd be a really sharp spotlight on Ravas. This was not a good performance - big concerns if he can't be the guy.
Don't know where Vrioni's head was at in the game. Both yellows were bad moves on his part. If he wants to be a better player things like this isn't going help. Having to play in the Concacaf Champions Cup in the Panama with the traveling in short period time may have effected their play. They had some chances but for the most part they didn't look sharp at all. The officials need to settle the contract dispute as the Three Stooges in the game last night didn't cut it.
The league needs to implement some type of goal line camera system. The goal that DC was awarded on the angles that they showed you couldn't may out if the ball completely crossed the line.

Glad we weren't able to watch this.
Vrioni has to go. He has to. We need answers on this
The Revs used their buyout on vaclik so unless he is transferred out (unlikely IMO) I think he is here to stay
Brutal. Just brutal. He’s guaranteed gone next season
