Mark-Anthony Kaye Named To Canada's Preliminary Roster
Kaye joins 59 other hopefuls looking to represent Canada during the Concacaf Nations League Play-in next month!
Mark-Anthony Kaye is one step closer to returning to the international stage, as he was one of 60 names added to the Canadian Men’s National Team’s preliminary roster ahead of the upcoming Concacaf Nations League Play-in.
Since debuting for Canada on June 13th, 2017, Kaye has appeared in 42 matches for Canada, where he notched two goals and seven assists. Kaye most notably featured in the Canadian squad that made it to the 2022-23 Concacaf Nations League. Kaye also made Canada's 2022 FIFA World Cup roster and appeared in the Group Stage finale against Morocco.
Kaye arrived in New England on July 13th, 2023, after the Revolution finalized a swap deal with Toronto FC that sent Latif Blessing to TFC. The Toronto native has appeared in 17 matches across all competitions for the Revolution, where he tallied three assists over 1,255.
Canada will face Trinidad & Tobago in the Nations League Play-in on March 23rd inside Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas.
